Simple, Transparent Terms. We believe in clarity, not complexity. These terms protect both you and us while ensuring a smooth, professional working relationship. Questions? We're happy to walk you through them.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Lucci's website and services, including web development, AI solutions, digital marketing, automation, and hosting provided by Lucci (Pty) Ltd ("Lucci", "we", "us"). By engaging with Lucci, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All services are tailored per client and confirmed via quotation or proposal.

No final files, deployments, or handovers will be released until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Lucci retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information shared during the engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Lucci is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Any work completed to date will be invoiced. Deposits are non-refundable unless Lucci is unable to deliver agreed services.

10. Hosting & Maintenance

Where Lucci provides hosting, the Client is responsible for keeping payment current. Suspension for non-payment may result in site downtime. Lucci is not liable for data loss resulting from non-payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of South Africa.

12. South African Consumer Protection

12.1 Consumer Protection Act (CPA)

Lucci complies with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Services are delivered with reasonable care and skill. Clients may raise service quality complaints, which will be addressed in good faith.

12.2 Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

Lucci complies with POPIA in all handling of personal data. Personal information is collected and processed lawfully and transparently. Clients have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data.

12.3 Information Officer

Lucci has appointed an Information Officer in accordance with POPIA, responsible for data protection compliance and managing data access requests.
