Do I need to be technical to use AI automation?

No. That's the point. The automation we build runs in the background — your team interacts with the outputs, not the machinery. If a WhatsApp bot qualifies a lead and passes it to your sales team, your salespeople just get a notification with the lead's details. They don't need to know how the bot works. We design every system so the people using it daily need zero technical knowledge to operate it, and we train them thoroughly before handover.
What tools do you use to build automations?

It depends on the automation and your existing stack. For workflow orchestration we use Make (Integromat) or n8n — both allow complex multi-step automations that connect to hundreds of tools. For AI capabilities we use OpenAI's GPT-4, Anthropic's Claude, or lighter models for classification tasks. WhatsApp automations use the official WhatsApp Business API. Document processing uses AI extraction tools. We choose tools based on your specific requirements, not on what we're comfortable building in.
Can you integrate with our existing software?
