How long does a website project take?

More complex projects — multi-page content sites, custom functionality, web applications — run 8 to 12 weeks. The timeline depends largely on how quickly content and feedback is provided on your side. We'll agree on a realistic schedule before the project starts and stick to it.
What platform do you build on?

It depends on the project. WordPress is our recommendation for most marketing and content sites where in-house teams need to update content regularly — it's widely understood, well-supported, and flexible. For web applications or sites with complex custom requirements, we build in React with a headless CMS. We don't use Wix, Squarespace, or similar drag-and-drop builders — they look fine initially but impose limits that become problems as your business grows.
Do you redesign existing sites?

Yes — and it's often more complex than a new build, because we need to preserve what's working (SEO rankings, existing content, URL structure) while fixing what isn't. We audit your existing site before quoting, so we understand exactly what we're working with. In some cases, a targeted improvement — improving speed, redesigning key pages, fixing conversion issues — is more cost-effective than a full rebuild. We'll tell you honestly which is the better choice for your situation.
Do you work with SA businesses outside Pretoria?

Yes. We work with clients across South Africa — Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, and beyond. All project communication happens via video call, email, and our project management system. Being based in Pretoria gives us a strong understanding of the SA market, but our clients are nationwide.
