Do you manage Takealot accounts directly?

Yes — we work directly inside your Takealot seller portal. You grant us access to the Lead Centre, and we manage listing creation and optimisation, pricing updates, ad campaigns, and account health monitoring on your behalf. You retain full ownership of the account; we operate as your marketplace management team. All changes are logged and reported monthly so you have full visibility of what's been done and why.
Can you help with a new Takealot seller account?

Yes. We handle the full Takealot seller onboarding process — business registration requirements, CIPC documentation, bank account verification, and the initial product submission process. Takealot's approval process can take 4 to 8 weeks for new sellers; we manage this process to avoid the common delays caused by incomplete documentation or incorrect product categorisation. We also set up your account correctly from day one — which is significantly easier than fixing problems on an existing account.
Do you handle product photography?

We provide a detailed product photography brief — the specifications your photographer needs to meet Takealot's image requirements and maximise click-through rate in search results. We partner with product photographers in Pretoria and Johannesburg if you need a referral. For lifestyle imagery and infographic-style product images (which significantly improve conversion), we can manage that process end-to-end with our partner studios. The brief alone can be used by any competent product photographer.
What about Bob Shop and Makro marketplace?
